Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with financing and insurance solutions including aftermarket products and extended warranties.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately, securing approvals.
- Train sales teams about finance and lease options.
- Maximize profitability through comprehensive menu selling.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain excellent customer service and professional ethics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years automotive sales experience and 1 year dealership management.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Strong communication, self-motivation, and compliance knowledge.
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
