Join our team as an Automotive Plant Controller!
Be a key leader driving financial excellence in our automotive plants located in Madison and Meridian, MS. You'll oversee accounting teams, develop financial systems, lead budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with GAAP and safety regulations. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic business planning and operational success in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor accounting/finance associates
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings including audits
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and detailed financial analyses
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance on asset tracking and inventory
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting; Master's preferred
- 7-10 years of financial/accounting experience with prior controllership strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of financial and manufacturing systems, cost accounting, and reporting
