Automotive Sales Manager
Manage the retail business including sales processes, finance, and the sales team. Lead and support omni-channel sales while overseeing important store functions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring and performance management
- Conduct daily one-on-one meetings and drive CRM performance

- Ensure outstanding customer service and store compliance

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years car sales experience, 1 year in management
- Experience in dealership or financing preferred
- Valid driver’s license, strong communication and leadership skills
- Results-driven, organized, and able to motivate diverse teams
