This 8-week practical training offers insights into sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning. The program includes professional networking opportunities and equips participants with essential skills for a career in management and sales. Successful completion can lead to an Assistant Branch Manager position. Relocation may be required during or after the training to locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, or Delaware. Applicants should be prepared for an inclusive experience that might involve customer interactions, including minors, and require a criminal history review for business safety.
