Sherwin-Williams is seeking motivated individuals with an interest in sales, customer service, and team leadership for our Leadership Development Program (LDP). This 8-week program offers hands-on experience in an Automotive Branch, equipping you with essential insight into sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning. You will have the opportunity to build cross-functional partnerships, network with professionals, and develop key management skills. Upon completion, participants may qualify to advance to an Assistant Branch Manager position.
