Responsibilities:

  • Process DMV applications for new/used cars and follow-up on titles.
  • Maintain tidy schedules and support finance/sales teams.
  • Prepare account reconciliations and manage inventory purchases.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Automotive Business Office or Accounting/DMV preferred.
  • Strong detail orientation, multitasking ability, and interaction skills with various managers.
  • Must handle cash transactions and have excellent PC/IT literacy.
  • Requires pre-employment drug screening and background check.
