What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble complex mechanical and electrical parts by following detailed instructions.
  • Use various hand and power tools to fasten parts together.
  • Perform simple tests to ensure products function correctly.
  • Improve assembly instructions when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Inspect the quality of work done by team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed (e.g., shipping, materials, or prototypes).
  • Report any safety concerns to your supervisor.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to carefully follow instructions.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly and handling mechanical parts.
  • Knowledge of safe handling of sensitive electronic components.
  • Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
  • Familiarity with safety gear and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and use step ladders frequently.
  • Bonus: Experience in automobile or self-driving vehicle assembly is beneficial.
