Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram is looking for a Full Time Automotive Biller to join our team in Lockport, IL. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced biller to expand their skills or for motivated individuals with accounting knowledge to learn and grow within our organization—we will train the right candidate! Our team offers competitive hourly pay contingent upon experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle retail, dealer trades, and wholesales billing.
  • Audit deal paperwork for accuracy.
  • Assemble and submit funding packages.
  • Compile revenue reports.
  • Report and reconcile rebates and service contracts.

Requirements:

  • Preferred: 2 years of dealership experience
  • Accounting knowledge; training available
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
