The Automotive Sales Consultant's primary duty is to welcome and assist clients, showcase both new and pre-owned vehicles, and support buyers throughout the sales journey. Enthusiastic and professional individuals with superb communication abilities and in-depth product knowledge are ideal for this role, offering superb customer service. Candidates are encouraged by an attractive base salary with additional earnings from commission and performance bonuses.

Compensation

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $36,000.00 with bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Friendly and professional customer engagement, in-person and online.
• Understand customer needs to offer suitable vehicle options.
• Stay well-informed on all dealership products and services.
• Demonstrate vehicles expertly during test drives.
• Negotiate effectively to close satisfactory deals.
• Utilize CRM tools for interaction tracking and follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales-related documentation.
• Work with management and finance teams to complete sales and financing agreements.
• Join sales meetings and engage in continuous professional development.
• Contribute to achieving monthly dealership sales targets.

Work Hours

• Monday-Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM
