Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately calculate customer bills using dealership systems
• Process cash, checks, and credit card payments
• Issue receipts and handle change
• Answer phones, addressing customer inquiries
• Tactfully manage customer concerns
• Organize and file documents

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office proficiency is advantageous
• Ability to communicate needs to management
• Professional appearance is essential
