Join our team as an Automotive Claims Adjuster in Phoenix, AZ, with the flexibility of working remotely after an initial 2-week training period on-site. We're seeking candidates with 3+ years of hands-on experience in roles such as mechanic, technician, service advisor, or claims adjuster. Automotive knowledge and understanding of extended warranty repairs are essential, alongside excellent customer service and computer skills. ASE certifications and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantages. Your role will involve handling a variety of incoming calls related to automotive insurance, warranties, and claims, providing a dynamic work environment.
