• Communicating daily with customers via inbound and outgoing calls to arrange sales appointments.
• Following up with basic customer service calls after store visits.
• Maintaining our scripted call process to efficiently schedule client appointments.
• Conducting courtesy calls.
• Gaining automobile knowledge by studying various models and features.
• Managing internet inquiries via dealership websites and online channels.
• Coordinating customer appointments for the sales team.
• Pursuing customer leads to build relationships and close sales.
