This role handles daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls for a single store. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, can lead a small team, and collaborate with leadership to enhance performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete accounting cycle (general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll)
- Prepare and submit monthly financial statements
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Reconcile schedules and resolve discrepancies
- Support managers with budget tracking and expense management
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of dealership accounting experience
- Strong understanding of automotive financial statements
- Proficiency with DMS platforms and Excel
