Primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with their auto parts questions and needs, in person or by phone
- Handling cash and other transactions
- Operating our electronic and paper cataloging system
- Communicating features, benefits, and warranty policies
- Maintaining a positive, professional attitude and appearance
Required skills:
- At least 18 years old
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Automotive background or knowledge preferred; ASE Certification is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays
