Responsibilities
- Support and manage Field Technicians to maximize productivity.
- Manage expenses, payroll, and PTO requests.
- Communicate with teams and conduct meetings as needed.
- Stay updated on new technologies for better productivity.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Assist in certifying calibration areas.
- Improve routes and work assignments with Dispatch.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair or ADAS, with management experience.
- Deep knowledge of ADAS and electrical services.
- Strong technological and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and a professional demeanor.
- 50%-75% travel required, valid Driver's License needed.
