We are seeking an experienced and motivated automotive finance professional to elevate our growing team! As a Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager, you will play a critical role in securing supplemental finance and insurance programs for both new and used car buyers. Your responsibilities include facilitating competitive financing rates, managing the F&I team, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your expertise will drive profitability while maintaining ethical standards and excellent customer service. This role requires strong business and finance backgrounds, ideally culminating in over two years of experience in automotive finance and at least one year in a managerial role.
