Responsibilities
- Use diagnostic tools to test-drive and evaluate vehicles
- Conduct PDI inspections on new vehicles and work on customer vehicles by appointment
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, and brakes
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors about additional required work
- Execute warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (ASE Certification preferred)
- Strong mechanical skills and electronic diagnostic equipment proficiency
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment
