Key Responsibilities: - Care for and monitor patients before, during, and post dialysis treatment. - Prepare dialysis machine for treatment. - Transport patients and record vital signs. - Explain procedure to allay anxieties. - Inspect and clean access areas. - Monitor machine settings and patient reactions. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum 3 months dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA/PCA experience preferred. - CPR certification required within 90 days. - Ability to distinguish colors and complete our training program. - Flexible working hours.
