Key Responsibilities: - Care and monitoring of patients before, during, and post dialysis treatment - Prepare dialysis machine for treatment - Record patient vitals - Explain the dialysis procedure to ease patient anxiety - Inspect machine settings to ensure safety standards - Monitor for adverse reactions and machine malfunctions - Assist in inventory at the clinic.
