Position Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our residents by ensuring our property is safe, attractive, and well-maintained. You will collaborate closely with our property management team and get hands-on experience in a variety of trades.

What You'll Do

• Prepare apartments for new residents (turns & move-outs)
• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Maintain curb appeal by keeping exterior areas clean and presentable
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance
• Perform daily trash pickup and grounds upkeep
• Maintain trash compactors and swimming pools (in season)
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, basic electrical issues, appliances, carpentry & drywall, roofing & flooring
• Check irrigation systems
• Maintain accurate records of work and materials used
• Participate in the on-call maintenance rotation
• Perform other related duties as assigned
