RoyPow USA is on the lookout for a talented Tech Support technician. Join our team to provide expert technical support and assistance to customers. Job duties include: - Offering on-site support and customer training for lithium battery issues. - Diagnosing and solving technical problems promptly. - Keeping accurate records of support interactions. - Assisting with installation and maintenance as needed. Requirements: - Willingness to travel within the US (expenses covered). - Some experience in tech support. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Preferences: Familiarity with lithium batteries, an associate's degree in a related field, bilingual in English and Chinese.
