tdgFacilities is seeking a full-time Mobile Maintenance Technician in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio / Northern Kentucky area to support our clients. This role involves performing corrective, preventative, and routine repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, light electrical/plumbing, painting, and basic HVAC support. Skills in garage door repair and drywall are advantageous. The position comes with a company vehicle.
Our supportive team culture values balance, teamwork, and results. Work hours are typically 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional on-call duties.
Essential Duties:
- Use equipment safely and perform building maintenance
- Troubleshoot repair issues and support small projects
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain maintenance records
- Develop client relationships and manage work orders
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in Commercial Facilities Maintenance
- Strong mechanical skills and organization
- Effective communication and time management
