Join the team at Fath Properties as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician at Lisa Ridge Apartments in the Greater Cincinnati area. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing a variety of maintenance issues such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, within both occupied and ready-to-move-in residential units. Having an HVAC license is preferred but not mandatory. You'll also be on call occasionally and help with supplies management.
