Production Castings, Inc. is looking for a proficient Industrial Maintenance Technician to aid in our die casting and machining functions. You'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and fixing equipment crucial for facility operations. Ideal candidates have prior experience in rapid manufacturing sectors and a solid grasp of mechanical and electrical frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on die casting, CNC, and support apparatus.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubles in production gear.
• Carry out repairs on die casting machines, trim presses, CNCs, conveyors, and coolers.
• Install new machinery and adjust existing systems as needed.
• Document maintenance work accurately.
• Ensure machinery safety and efficiency; report safety concerns promptly.
• Work with staff to reduce downtimes and enhance machine function.
• Adhere to company safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE.
• Maintain tidy and organized working spaces and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; technical training favored.
• At least 2-3 years of industry repair work, ideally in metal casting.
• Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic skills.
• Hydraulic, pneumatic, AC/DC motor repair experience.
• Comfort with CNC and PLC systems is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical schematics and manuals.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills beneficial.
• Capacity for independent work and teamwork.
• Flexibility for overtime and emergency call-ins.
