Position Summary

This position is focused on delivering top-notch customer experiences for Wind River Environmental's drain customers. As an Automotive Maintenance Technician, you will manage all drain-cleaning, jetting, and cable work for both commercial and residential service calls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication with customers.
• Provide camera service for mainline stoppages.
• Educate customers on drain repair and replacement.
• Explain blockages and the resolution steps.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams.
• Maintain equipment and truck inventory.
• Engage in all training and safety meetings.
• Complete and submit paperwork promptly.
• Respond to emergency calls promptly.
• Follow company service protocols diligently.
• Work overtime, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
• Comply with FMCSA and DOT regulations, ensuring safe work practices.
• Recognize hazards and wear PPE when required.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Work Environment

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and non-hazardous fumes.
• Independent working conditions with customer interaction.
• Some travel required (Virginia Beach, Quinton, or Jamaica).
