Your Role:
- Handle resident service requests efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and electrical
- Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA
- Maintain community standards
Your Qualities:
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- EPA Universal HVAC Certified
- Strong service orientation
