Quality Technician

With our ongoing growth, we are looking to have Quality Technicians join our team on all shifts.

Job Description:

• Inspect and monitor parts to ensure good quality parts are produced and delivered
• Set-up and check dimensions on parts using precision instruments
• Red tag and create repair orders for non-conforming parts
• Perform gaged and capability studies
• Work closely with the Quality Manager to resolve quality issues
• Enter data from paper documents for record keeping
• Sort and file paperwork
• Engage in continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years' experience in quality control using check fixtures, calipers, and micrometers
• Must be self-motivated and well-organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be dependable and motivated

Wages:

• Starts at $18.00 and up based on experience
• Shift premium available for afternoons and midnights
