Join our team as a Residential Maintenance Technician in Military Housing at McConnell AFB. We manage over 4,000 homes across six Air Force installations.

Job Summary

In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain the condition and appearance of residential properties and other community assets, including structural, paint, plumbing, pressure washing, cleaning, and electrical works.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in residential property maintenance
• Proficiency with necessary tools including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tools
• Solid computer/phone skills for training and timekeeping
• Smartphone and personal vehicle required for job duties
• Successful state and federal background checks and drug tests
