Fleet Service Repair Technician
Department: Commercial
Reports to: General Manager
Work Schedule: Estimated 40-50 hrs/wk, up to 12 hrs/day. Schedule may vary based on business volume. Store manager will assign hours. Must be available during company's business hours.

Position Summary: Responsible for diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of commercial vehicles. Collaborate with management and service advisors to deliver excellent service and educate customers on vehicle issues and solutions.
Essential Functions:
- Diagnose and repair various vehicles
- Communicate with management for repair timelines
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Travel for on-site equipment fixes
- Consult with other mechanics
- Maintain knowledge for heavy equipment repair
- Uphold professional appearance
- Adhere to safety and customer service protocols
- Handle inventory and paperwork
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: 1-3 years in commercial automotive repair preferred
Certifications: Valid driver's license, ASE Service Manager certification preferred
Other: Pre-employment MVR check required
