ABOUT THE POSITION

The Facilities Maintenance Technician provides hands-on support to maintain and improve the infrastructure of Civic buildings, including diagnosis and repair of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Collaborating with the Facilities team, the technician ensures smooth operations, identifies maintenance improvements, and supports staff requests efficiently.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Must-have skills:

  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-3 years of Facilities Management experience
  • Basic maintenance skills in electrical and plumbing
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations

Preferred qualities:

  • Project management and construction familiarity
  • OSHA 30 certified
