About the Position

Join as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, responsible for maintaining Civic buildings and infrastructure. Work with the team to diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ensure Civic buildings operate smoothly and provide support for facilities requests.

Daily Responsibilities

• Support facilities management practices, site maintenance, and safety.
• Track work requests and maintain facility standards.
• Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate Credit Union’s vehicle fleet operations.
• Support onboarding related to space planning.
• Conduct periodic building inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of facilities management experience.
• Proficiency in basic building maintenance.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and be on-call as needed.

Preferred Qualities

• Familiarity with project management and construction.
• OSHA 30 and maintenance reliability certifications.
