ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll support our building infrastructure across corporate buildings and Credit Union branches. Collaborate with the Facilities team to ensure smooth operations, diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact the environment and support staff with various facility requests.
NORMAL DAY-TO-DAY WORK
- Manage site maintenance, security, health, and safety.
- Track work requests and perform necessary repairs.
- Support staff inquiries and enforce building standards.
- Conduct basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Coordinate vehicle fleet operations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in Facilities Management.
- Basic skills in building maintenance.
- On-call availability, 24/7.
Additional perks: Familiarity with building project management, OSHA certification, or professional designations in maintenance reliability are appreciated.
