About the Position
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will support and maintain infrastructure across corporate buildings, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing, and electrical issues. Collaborate with the Facilities team to ensure smooth operations and identify areas for improvement.
Normal Day-to-Day Work
- Support facilities management including security, safety, space planning, and environmental stability.
- Track work requests, perform maintenance, and assist with inspections and inquiries.
- Conduct basic repairs, facility inspections, and coordinate fleet operations.
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Basic maintenance skills in plumbing, electrical, and safety standards.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and available for on-call rotation.
Preferred Qualities
- Knowledgeable in project management, OSHA certified, and maintenance reliability.
