About the Position

The Facilities Maintenance Technician supports various building infrastructures, from corporate buildings to Credit Union branches. Responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaborating to enhance building operations and resolve facility requests.

Day-to-Day Work

  • Support facilities management including site maintenance, security, and health safety.
  • Track work requests, enforce building standards and recommend upgrades.
  • Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs and prevent maintenance.
  • Manage vehicle fleet operations.
  • Assist onboarding, ensuring safe and functional facility conditions.

Qualifications and Must-Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years experience in Facilities Management.
  • Basic maintenance skills: electrical, plumbing, and automation systems.
  • On-call availability, lifting capabilities, and occasional travel.

Preferred Qualities

  • Project management familiarity.
  • OSHA certifications.
  • Maintenance Reliability Professional designation.
