ABOUT THE POSITION
Join as a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our buildings, including corporate and Credit Union branches. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining infrastructures collaboratively with the Facilities team.
NORMAL DAY-TO-DAY WORK
- Support facilities management, physical security, health, and safety.
- Manage work requests using automated databases.
- Maintain plumbing and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with tenants and perform building inspections.
- Manage vehicle fleet operations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years in Facilities Management.
- Basic skills in maintenance, OSHA regulations knowledge.
- On-call availability.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Desired Skills:
- Building project management familiarity.
- OSHA 30 certified.
