Job description

Our Quality Assurance Technician I ensures safe quality products meet specifications set by regulatory entities, customers, and internal requirements. Key tasks include analyzing wheat and flour, managing nonconformances, preparing samples for additional testing, and supporting food safety programs. They will also maintain a sample library and handle daily duties. This first shift role (7:00 am - 3:00 pm) involves conducting internal inspections, retention and filing of samples, and documenting inspections. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma and 1-year quality assurance experience in a food processing environment.
