Forest Properties Management, Inc. is on the hunt for a seasoned Maintenance Technician for our Rochester, NH property! Your responsibilities will include performing corrective, preventative, cosmetic, and emergency property maintenance. Team collaboration is key as you work alongside fellow technicians to ensure the apartment community remains in top shape. Key Responsibilities: Conduct appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed. Complete service requests promptly and prepare vacant apartments for new tenants. Skills Required: At least one year of experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or painting. Ability to lift over 75 Lbs and perform physical activities.
