Happy Egg is experiencing rapid growth and seeks a Heritage Service Technician to join their team, based in Rogers, AR, with regular travel to the Buffalo/Tunas/Mt Grove, MO region to support contract growers. As part of the team, you'll partner with hatcheries, live production, and compliance teams, ensuring communication of farm and welfare standards, including NPIP compliance. You will train and support growers on certifications, optimize conditions for ideal flock and egg production, and analyze data to enhance animal wellbeing. You should have a Bachelor's in poultry science or 2 years of experience, a driver's license, and strong analytical skills. A team approach prioritizing animal welfare is essential.
