Objectives of this Role:

• Provide professional equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and customer support services for a full range of Schneider products.
• Show excellent technical, customer service, and communication skills.
• Train customer employees on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Maintain Schneider's quality standards and stay updated on technology and best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install and troubleshoot Schneider equipment at customer locations.
• Service, maintain, and train in line with company procedures.
• Travel required (over 75%).
• Liaison between customer and company for documentation.
• Ensure project schedules and objectives are met for customer satisfaction.
• Utilize various resources for maintenance and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in field service or maintenance.
• Skilled in electrical, mechanical, programming, robotics, and PLC ladder logic.
• Strong communication, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to mechanical parts, moderate noise level, and normal employee traffic.
