Job Description

We are seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Your role contributes directly to the children's growth, development, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous ABA therapy experience is preferred, but not required.
