Job Description
Lighthouse seeks passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, contributing directly to their growth, development, and improved quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Provide therapy sessions following individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce appropriate skills in a supportive environment.
• Foster therapeutic relationships promoting independence.
• Conduct assessments and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation.

You should be passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum, demonstrate patience and empathy, have excellent communication skills, and be open to learning and receiving feedback.
