Job Description

Join Lighthouse as a passionate Behavior Technician. Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst's guidance. Your role will have a direct impact on the growth and quality of life of these children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Tailor therapy sessions to individual needs.
• Encourage social, communication, and behavioral development.
• Build positive therapeutic relationships.
• Conduct assessments and track progress.
• Collaborate with team members for effective treatment.
• Communicate with parents on therapy progress.
