Job Description
Lighthouse seeks passionate Behavior Technicians to join our professional team, providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst's supervision. Your work directly contributes to their growth and quality of life.
Responsibilities

• Implement ABA techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions, following individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills.
• Foster therapeutic relationships with clients, promoting independence.
• Conduct assessments and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about therapy goals and progress.
• Maintain detailed documentation of sessions.
• Pursue ongoing professional development.
