Lighthouse is on the lookout for passionate Behavior Technicians. You'll provide personalized ABA therapy under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, directly influencing the children's development and quality of life. Salary Range: $25-28 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA techniques with BCBA supervision
• Conduct one-on-one sessions aligned with tailored treatment plans
• Cultivate an engaging therapeutic environment, enhancing independence
• Collect, assess data, and track treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for improved plans
• Communicate progress effectively with parents
• Document therapy sessions meticulously
• Participate in ongoing professional development
