FourSite Apartment Community seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician known for strong reasoning, problem-solving, customer service skills, and team spirit. Key Responsibilities include: * Assistance in maintenance improvement projects * Upkeep and repair of property and grounds * Inspect properties/apartments periodically * Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy * Complete work order requests * Seasonal maintenance including sprinkle systems, pools, and snow removal. Skills Required: * Home repair/handyman skills * Painting experience * Pool operation and maintenance knowledge * Willingness to do janitorial tasks * Basic computer skills * On-call availability for emergencies. Schedule: Monday to Saturday with one day off plus Sundays.
