As an On-Site Field Service Technician with Canon USA, you'll be working directly with customers to provide high-quality maintenance on Canon-supported products. This role involves a unique schedule of 3.5 days on and 3.5 days off, with potential bonuses for weekend work and night shifts. Training occurs during the daytime, but flexibility is required afterward. Responsibilities include reporting product issues, maintaining technical records, and achieving performance targets. Ideal candidates are customer-focused and comply with necessary security protocols, possibly including COVID-19 vaccination.
