Join our team as a Behavior Technician, where you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and improved life quality of children and their families.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Providing one-on-one sessions following individualized treatment plans.
• Teaching appropriate social, communication, and behavioral skills.
• Fostering positive therapeutic relationships.
• Conducting assessments and collecting data.
• Collaborating with the team to modify treatment plans.
• Communicating progress with parents/caregivers.
