Responsibilities
- Utilize paint guns and airbrushes with blending techniques.
- Skilled in color matching and paint corrections.
- Perform maintenance and repair with dealership standards.
- Familiarity with water and solvent-based paint systems.
- Conduct minor body repairs like scratches and chips.
- Estimate labor and time for automotive repairs.
- Maintain organized Express Service Area.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in automotive paint touch-up and detailing.
- Effective analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technology and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
