What We're Looking For:
- ? 3+ years of Customer Service experience
- ? Automotive troubleshooting or hands-on repair experience (professional or hobbyist)
- ? Bilingual in Spanish or French (preferred)
- ? Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- ? Willingness to learn through ongoing training
