Job description

This position requires experience with Tier I & II Automotive OEMs, and involves the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance processes. The role includes creating and revising standard operational practices to ensure compliance, conducting QA training, and improving manufacturing processes through data analysis. Responsibilities also include leading corrective action teams, performing statistical process capability studies, and acting as liaison between customers and suppliers. Proficient in customer-specific Quality System requirements, the candidate will also be involved in APQP and new product launches, interface with Program Management, and support TS16949 initiatives.
